Cuong Nguyen, Chairman & CEO

As chairman and chief executive officer of CJ Technologies, Nguyen plays a leadership role in charting the company's market strategy, business development initiatives and strategic partnerships. Nguyen brings to CJ Technologies extensive experience overseeing operations, financial, business performance and strategic growth initiatives for an array of successful companies. Prior to joining CJ Technologies, Nguyen served as chief financial officer for Imagine Solutions, L.P. Nguyen's executive experience also includes serving as President and CEO of CIMA Services, Inc., a multi-million dollar commercial construction company, founder and chief executive officer of CMA Construction, Inc. Nguyen received a BS in Business Administration and an Executive MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas. He is a licensed CPA in the State of Texas and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Public Accountants.

Joe Gonzalez, President & COO

As president and chief operating officer of CJ Technologies, Gonzalez is responsible for charting the company's business strategy and guiding the strategic development of the company's comprehensive offering of integrated document management and business process automation systems. Gonzalez brings a wealth of talent, expertise and leadership skills to CJ Technologies, having distinguished himself over the years as an accomplished business professional, an exemplary sales executive and a recognized leader in designing and implementing sophisticated document imaging and management solutions for large banks, mortgage companies, insurers and education systems. From 2000 to 2004, prior to founding CJ Technologies, Gonzalez held numerous senior-level positions with Imagine Solutions, L.P. From 1997 to 1998, Gonzalez served as vice president of operations for Dataplex Corporation (An ACS Company). From 1986 to 1996, Gonzalez served as manager of scanning operations for The Psychological Corporation (Now Harcourt Assessment, Inc.). During his tenure with The Psychological Corporation, Gonzalez designed and implemented the company's first high-volume test processing and scoring system, a multi-million dollar system still currently in use. Gonzalez is named as inventor on numerous patents associated with the design of this large-scale system.
